    In addition to all the trash spilling into the road from the homeless encampment under Hwy 24 at 27th, there is a growing pile of trash on 27th east of the freeway on the north side that is all over the sidewalk and into the road. Traffic may also want to look at the cones around the barbecue in the road on 27th under the freeway.
