Rainwater is not draining from the roadway along inside guardrail curve on Riverchase Way, posing a significant hydroplaning hazard to motorists. This was worsened during a recent gas line construction project that caused more silt to build up in this low area. Also this standing water may freeze in cold weather creating an additional hazard.
