Description

Just sat on 45th for over 5 minutes behind a line of cars headed east on 45th, hoping to turn onto San Pablo Ave. Light never changed and cars eventually decided to make dangerous left turns against the red. Even pedestrians with children gave up waiting and just crossed against the red. Something isn't right.
