The traffic light at the intersection of N Cedar Hollow road and Vanguard blvd is malfunctioning.
It turns Red (on Cedar Hollow road) every 30 seconds even when there is no traffic at all on Vanguard Blvd. This is a hazard because people try to beat the light. And a waste of fuel/gas because traffic has to stop and restart frequently and unneccessarily.

Additionally it unnecessarily delays the several school buses that travel N Cedar Hollow Rd.
