There is a large homeless encampment under the overpass at San Pablo & MLK. this has been reported numerous times and nothing has been done. The encampment is getting larger the longer nothing is done.

That's because Oakland allows it. It'll take a few months or years to get it removed permanently. If this is the same group from 23rd, a stay away order should have been issued for the entire area. Oakland has no solutions to anything that I can see.
